This all-inclusive experience is designed for larger events where scale, flow, and impact matter and where the goal is to host confidently without managing the details.

Why This Experience Exists

The Bells & Whistles Experience isn’t built by stacking individual services. It’s built as a complete ecosystem.


When multiple service stations, staffing needs, preparation timelines, and guest flow all intersect, the work becomes compounded rather than additive. This experience is designed to account for that complexity so everything runs smoothly from start to finish.


What’s Included


  • Choice of vintage bar trailer and stationary bar setup

  • Sip & Stir beverage service (cocktails or mocktails)

  • Sugar Spun Cotton Candy service

  • One hot or cold specialty service (hot cocoa or snowballs)

  • Self-serve beverage station (water plus tea or lemonade)

  • Professional staffing appropriate to event scale

  • Comprehensive preparation, logistics coordination, setup, and teardown


Designed for Larger Events


This experience includes service for up to 200 guests and requires a four-hour minimum to allow for proper setup, service flow, and execution. Additional time can be added as needed to support the event timeline.
