I know what you are thinking. We are bartenders. Well, you're right except we haven't always been. In fact, I just became a bartender the fall of 2021. I actually have a degree in marketing with an extensive career in nonprofit fundraising (my husband is a firefighter/paramedic). Which basically means that I have been planning events and big parties for over a decade in East Texas. And I know what it means to keep within a budget. So I want to help you cross all the T's and dot all the i's to have a successful and fluid event for the right price. While we can't plan your event for you, we can certainly make sure that your beverage service is the easiest addition to manage. It takes a little homework to get all the information but then it is smooth sailing! Here's how we start!

Pay remaining half of invoice at mid way point
Complete Alcohol Customization form (if applicable)
Receive your alcohol shopping list (if applicable)
Work out any last minute logistics
Pay your remainder by due date
